Payment options

The quickest and simplest way to pay for your order is to enter your credit card number on our secure online order form. All orders paid by credit card before 7 am (PH time) from Mondays to Fridays are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 7:00 am on a Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day. Orders paid by any other method other than credit card do not qualify for same day processing.

  • For Western Union Payments and other Remittance companies, go to and purchase the items you want and submit your order, just choose Western Union for your payment method. You will then receive a confirmation email of your order where the exact amount due for payment is reflected. You can now pay through Western Union the total amount due just email us at for the details. After payment send us the MTCN# , sender’s name, address and telephone number as reflected on the Western Union receipt to or call us at 1-909-907-9889 (USA) or at +44-20-8133-9889 (UK). Once your payment has been remitted, your gift will be delivered on your desired delivery date.Product availability

    Products sold by merchants are ideally available for courier pickup and consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If your order is not available from the merchant within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, will notify you by email if and when the item will be available or is out-of-stock as the case may be.

    The customer has the option to have items already available shipped with the unavailable items to follow in a separate shipment, or to have the entire order held until the missing ordered item is available and have all items shipped one-time. Items in backorder will be ship at no charge when available, has the right to deliver a very similar item of bigger value to the recipient in case the ordered product is discontinued or not available.

    Unexpected shortages and manufacturer’s out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, bad weather, etc. Unfortunately, cannot predict when such problems will occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter.

    In any event that a supplier/s of increases their price prior to delivery, will charge client for the price difference eventhough the order has been made prior to the date of price increase. If the items ordered is already in Philregalo’s possession when the order has been made then no additional charge will be made to the sender’s account, but in cases where the order has been made in advance of a special event such as Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day and the items ordered increase in price prior to the delivery date, the price difference/increase will be charged to sender’s account. has the right to cancel such order/s in instances that the sender does not agree on price increase. All charges on sender’s account will be voided.

    Delivery Time

    We process all “in stock products” within the same day Philippine time (M-F) once payment has been processed. Since it may take several days to receive final payment via checks, we encourage you to pay by credit card or postal money order when in a hurry to receive your order. You will be notified if we are out of stock on an item. All payments must be settled first before we start processing your order, you will received an email when an order is receive,process and ship out. Delivery starts at 10 AM up to 7 PM depending on circumstances and route schedules. We can guarantee the date of delivery but not the time of delivery. Sender should be responsible to make sure that recipient or representative is on the delivery address to accept the gift, in cases that the gift cannot be delivered because the recipient is not there nor a representative, will schedule re-delivery of the package on a time that will fit the courier’s schedule on the route of delivery. We apologize but as much as we want to entertain all calls, will only entertain calls from the sender and not from representatives or recipients to avoid confusion.

    Note: In cases that the “Sender” does not provide a desired delivery date for the items purchase, has the right to deliver the items as soon as possible.

    Flower Delivery

    We can deliver your flowers the next day to many areas in the Philippines! We deliver flowers from Monday to Saturday in Metro Manila-bound flowers and Tuesday to Saturday in the Provinces. Please allow at least a day early and before 2:00pm (Philippine Time) for next day delivery in Metro Manila and at least 3 days early for provincial address delivery. If you want your flowers to be delivered on a Saturday kindly place your order before Friday 2:00 pm.

    Because we value your business, we would be glad to accept “e;Same Day Delivery”e; request for Metro Manila if you order before 7:00 am Philippine time (+8 GMT) from Mondays to Fridays if requested, we are sorry but we cannot process same day delivery for weekends.

    Flower boxes are included in the delivery. Please take note that our system is programed to accomodate flowers bundled by the dozen, 3s and 6s stems are upon request or ordered on the site. Phone or email orders can only accomodate bundled dozen flowers. If there are any concerns regarding your delivery, a client representative will email you or contact you over the phone.

    Giant Stuffed Toy

    Demands to send Giant Stuffed Toys (30 inches and more) has reached our offices in both the USA and the PH and so we love to accomodate such big deliveries, but because of the size of the Giant Stuffed toys, shipping cost is very high ($50 above) and so we have partnered with JRS Express to make shipping affordable. Delivery is door to door but for areas that belongs to the ODA (JRS list), PhilRegalo will inform your recipient on where and when the gift can be picked up and a tracking number will be provided plus the address of the nearest JRS office in their area. You (sender) can still choose other couriers (FEDEX, LBC, DHL) but cost of shipping ($50 plus) will be charged to your account. Just include in the comments box upon checkout that this is the option you want and that it’s ok to rebill your account.

    Cakes and Food Items Delivery

    For cakes (icing cakes, fondant cakes and ice cream cakes)and other sweet pastries, in cases of non-availability, will substitute the item with an item that is of equal or greater value. We will either inform the sender or the recipient, but Philregalo is not obliged to do so depending on the circumstances. Take note that substitute will depend on the item that is available on the day of delivery.

    Shipping has both offices in Murrieta, California (just a couple of hours to San Diego and Los Angeles) and in Manila, Philippines. We also coordinate with our Philippine merchants regularly to give you, our clients new product updates on a regular basis.

    Shipping rates depend on destination, and amount of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order.

    All orders are processed in our access controlled warehouse by our highly trained staff to insure that your products arrive to your doorstep as quickly as possible. We take the utmost care to insure that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent leakage or breakage. Our Quality Control Department is very strict in making sure that the products / items you ordered passed our “Seal of Quality” before it goes out of our warehouse.

  • Same Day Delivery (Manila only): All orders made before 7 AM (PH Time) are eligible for same day delivery Monday to Friday (depends on availability of product). For Saturday delivery, you must order by Friday before 3 pm so we can schedule your items for weekend delivery. We don’t typically delivery on Sundays, except for Holidays or special events, If your desired delivery date falls on a Sunday, PhilRegalo will automatically deliver the items on Monday for Manila address and on Tuesday for Provincial addresses. If you ordered past the cut-off time and you want same day delivery or Saturday delivery, you need to contact our delivery team at and wait confirmation. cannot guarantee delivery without confirmation, so be sure to get one from our support team. For orders past the cut-off time, your gift will be delivered the soonest possible time/business day.
  • When calculating delivery times, bear in mind that the day of shipment does not count as business day in transit times.
    For example, if your package went out on Monday you will receive your order by Tuesday or Wednesday. We ship out orders from Monday to Saturday and on some instances Sunday. Orders placed before 7 AM (PH time) M-F will generally process/ship the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PH time or on Sat or Sun will generally ship the next business day.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, it is generally best to email us atSupport@PhilRegalo.comto confirm availability of stock and the best method of shipment to get your order to your recipient on schedule.
  • For shipment within the Philippines we use a number of different couriers because each has strengths in different parts of the Philippines or the world. For Philippine deliveries we ship via LBC or ABOITIZ Express, We usually ship FREE-OF-CHARGE but in cases that we have to charge extra for shipping (appliances and heavy items)we will notify you the buyer before we process your package for your approval. Orders dispatched will reach their destinations within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
    Provincial deliveries may take 24 to 48 hours due to consolidation of orders by LBC or ABOITIZ. does not assume responsibility for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered good by special couriers such as FEDEX, DHL, SKYNET, ABOITIZ, JRS and LBC.
    Note: is not responsible for delays that are unavoidable like storms, earthquakes, flood, traffic accidents, wrong address and telephone numbers of recipient, orders after the cut-off time nor if the cause of the delays are negligence of the couriers we use.’s duty after the gifts comes out of our warehouses is to follow-up with the assigned courier and for perishable items,replacement of the actual gift that has been delayed or damage.

    ODA – Out of Delivery Areas In cases that the recipient’s address is really remote like in the mountains or secluded parts of a province, will contact the recipient or the sender (if the recipient cannot be reached) and inform them of the nearest Courier’s office where they can claim their gifts. The sender should be responsible and aware that the address of the recipient is under ODA and method of delivery is via pickup. Rest assured that we use only the best courier’s in the Philippines like LBC, DHL, FEDEX, AIR21 and others, so we make sure that we stretch all of our resources so your gift will be delivered door to door, but in cases that this cannot be done, we’ll inform the recipient and give them all pertinent information so they can claim their gifts the soonest possible time. There will be NO REFUNDS for gifts not claimed or address that is wrong.

    NOTE ON PERSIHABLE ITEMS:Be sure to place the correct address of the recipient with a valid telephone number (specially for provincial addresses), Philregalo cannot guarantee freshness of perishable items (food, flowers,cakes etc..) for orders re-routed to another address or if the address is wrong or cannot be located. In cases that there are questions on the delivery address, will call the recipient for delivery guides and instructions and it is the sender’s responsibility to make sure that the contact number provided is correct and available (will answer our text or calls). If in case recipient does not reply or phone is not available/cannot be contacted then the delivery will be re-scheduled the next day, any delays of such is not covered by our guarantee and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

  • Please be aware that due to the warm climate in the Philippines, it is advisable that when chocolates or fruits are delivered, recipients should place the delivered chocolates in the Refrigerator first or let it cool down a couple of hours before consumption same with fruits. PhilRegalo is not responsible for clients who upon receipt of their gifts eat/open the chocolates and find that the chocolates are in a soft or melted state, same with fruits that were not cooled down first before consumption (taste warm). Also, please tell your recipients not to accept their gifts if any damage is seen on the packaging, once accepted, Philregalo has no control over Courier delivery procedures and cannot issue any refund but will mediate between complaints against the couriers we used.
  • Make sure your recipient/housemates is willing to accept your gifts on the address specified on your account, Philregalo is not responsible for spoiled food items or cannot guarantee freshness of any persihable items not accepted. will also not re-route gift items to a different address unless requested by the sender and additional charges will be made to sender’s account ($6.95 for Manila and $8.95 for provincial). We can only schedule re-delivery once for Persihable items to assure freshness, please make sure your recipient/housemates/representative will accept your gifts, in cases that your they fail to accept your gifts, we cannot re-deliver anymore and no refunds will be given. is not responsile for complaints by the recipient, uses different couriers and delivery companies in the Philippines and such couriers/companies have different rules and regulations that they follow. is free from any liabilities arising from complaints against said couriers or companies we use. will mediate between the complainant and the said couriers/companies for immediate resolution of any complaints.

    NOTE:’s committment to our clients are fast and reliable service. In cases that the delivery address of your recipient belongs to the ODA (Out of Delivery Area), the recipient will pick up the gift items at the nearest office of the courier used.

    Requirements: Due to the growing number of Fraudulent transactions, our verification department might request a copy of a valid ID (State ID or Drivers License) and at times a copy of the credit card used. Because we only need to verify the first 4 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card, you can cover the middle numbers with either paper or tape if you prefer.
