*** Please note that we do deliver in all cities of the Philippines, the list above is just a guide for same day and next day delivery service and is solely dependent on Philippine courier’s we use such as LBC, JRS Express, Air21, FEDEX, DHL, JAM Global etc…. and can change anytime. Philregalo.com is not responsible if the list above changes based on the list and rules of the said couriers. For cities, towns and barangays that are not listed (ODA – Out of Delivery Area) we do deliver 2-3 days for non-perishable items on these areas and pick-up on the nearest LBC, JRS Express, DHL, FedEx, Air-21 etc… for perishable items. The Sender is responsible in knowing if the address of his/her recipient belongs to the Out Of Delivery Areas. In this cases, the recipients will be informed by phone or email by one of Philregalo’s Representatives that their gifts/packages can be picked up at the nearest courier branch. A claim number or tracking number will be given for claiming the said gift packages. In cases the recipients cannot pickup the items, Philregalo.com is not responsible for any damages caused by this and no refunds will be issued.
