Requires at least 1-3 days lead time on confirmed orders.
Shipping time depends on several factors - product availability, crating (for provincial addresses), courier schedules, holidays, political events or acts of God such as storms, floods, brush fire, earthquake etc...
In cases that the unit model is not available or has been upgraded, PhilRegalo.com has the right to replace the unavailable unit with a similar model of equal or greater value depending on availability at no extra cost to client. During this time, one of our client representatives will notify the sender of the gift either by telephone or email.

NOTE:
There are two kinds of addresses in the Philippines, one is within the city or town proper and one is "ODA" or Out of Delivery Area / Remote areas. For ODA areas, perishable items such as flowers cannot be delivered and other gifts can only be picked up at the nearest courier's office. However, take note that PhilRegalo has partnered with Philippine Couriers to deliver non-perishable items to "ODA" areas, such items requires additional days to be delivered and in such cases PhilRegalo Customer Service will inform clients (Sender or Recipient) of tentative date of delivery. You can be rest assured that Philregalo.com is doing its best to accomodate all deliveries at the fastest time possible.
