There are two kinds of addresses in the Philippines, one is within the city or town proper and one is "ODA" or Out of Delivery Area / Remote areas. For ODA areas, perishable items such as flowers cannot be delivered and other gifts can only be picked up at the nearest courier's office. However, take note that PhilRegalo has partnered with Philippine Couriers to deliver non-perishable items to "ODA" areas, such items requires additional days to be delivered and in such cases PhilRegalo Customer Service will inform clients (Sender or Recipient) of tentative date of delivery. DELIVERY SCHEDULES:

PhilRegalo.com offers next day Philippine appliance store delivery to all major cities of the Philippines! We deliver Philippine gifts from 10:00 A.M. onwards, Mondays to Saturdays in Metro Manila Addresses and Tuesdays to Saturdays for Provincial Addresses.

To ensure prompt arrival, schedule your order at least a day early and before 1:00pm (Philippine Time). Weekend deliveries have to be placed by Friday, 1:00 pm.(Manila Time). Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Business Day. We accept same day deliveries, Mondays to Fridays, within Metro Manila. Kindly note that our cut-off time for same day delivery is at 6:00 A.M and depends on several factors such as stock availability, weather conditions, delivery route and schedule. We cannot guarantee delivery depending on said factors but we are committed to try our best to accommodate request. In cases we cannot do same day delivery on confirmed orders, gifts will be delivered on the next available shipping schedule. For Peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduations and Christmas delivery schedules varies depending on volume of orders. PhilRegalo.com is not responsible for delays that are unavoidable like "ACTS OF GOD" such as storms, earthquakes, flood etc.. and unavoidable incidents like traffic, accidents, wrong address, recipient not present, negligence of courier and such. In cases such as these, delivery will be re-scheduled on the next available business day.
