Delivery Notes:

Our ordering processing times are from Monday to Friday. We can accomodate your phone calls and requests during these times. We usually need "a day before" notification for all orders. Our cut-off time is 3 pm (Manila time).

PhilRegalo.com is committed to deliver your gifts on your desired delivery date however delays and re-schedules on delivery might happen due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, political demonstrations, storms, holidays, wrong address, no contact number of recipient and more...) and with these kind of events PhilRegalo.com is not responsible for delayed deliveries. PhilRegalo cannot commit the time of delivery only the date of delivery. You can be assured that we will try our best to accomodate client request but all will depend on courier schedule and route of delivery.

Note: Due to warm weather conditions in the Philippines, the recipient must be there for the delivery or an authorize representative to receive the gifts.
We cannot be responsible for melted chocolate on delivery. We presumed that clients know this and when chocolates are received, they will place it on the Refrigerator first before enjoying it.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES:

PhilRegalo.com offers next day delivery to all major cities of the Philippines! We deliver gifts from 10:00 A.M. onwards, Mondays to Saturdays in Metro Manila Addresses and Tuesdays to Saturdays for Provincial Addresses.

To ensure prompt arrival, schedule your order at least a day early and before 2:00pm (Philippine Time). Weekend deliveries have to be placed by Friday, 2:00 pm.(Manila Time). Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday. We accept same day deliveries, Mondays to Fridays, within Metro Manila. Kindly note that our cut-off time for same day delivery is at 6:00 A.M and depends on several factors; stock availability, weather conditions, delivery route and schedule, we cannot guarantee delivery depending on said factors but we are committed to try our best to accommodate request. In cases we cannot do same day delivery on confirmed orders, gifts will be delivered on the next available shipping schedule. Philippine Time (+8 GMT). For Peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduations and Christmas are not applicable.
